Clarity. Resilience. Connection

Nurturing young minds and meaningful relationships

Does this feel familiar? You're feeling...

  • Deeply worried about your child? Overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward — for yourself or your child?

  • Parenting feels heavier, exhausting, leaving you burnt out and self-doubting?

  • Anxious? You’re walking on eggshells at home, managing your own emotions whilst holding everyone elses?

  • Confused or even quietly scared about your child or your family's well-being?

  • You feel alone in it. Unsure what’s normal, what’s serious, and how to move forward as a family.

Do you have these worries?

  • Your child is struggling with big emotions, is easily frustrated or just not themselves?

  • Your child is having challenges with friendships, their identity, bullying or social anxiety, and is avoiding school?

  • Your teen is experiencing high anxiety, low mood and disengaged from life?

  • Concerned for your child’s safety — self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or unsure how to support them.

  • These worries seem to be impacting relationships at home and all around them?

These struggles are real. You don't have to face them alone!

ABOUT ME

Hello I'm Magda
Founder of RelateWell Health

I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Sydney. My early career in child protection and homelessness showed me how deeply early experiences shape mental health. It drew me to this field and to the purpose I now hold—to offer a safe, respectful space for others to be seen and heard. My clinical work is strengthened by experience in multidisciplinary environments, which has informed my clinical skills and contributed to a balanced, well-rounded therapeutic approach.I bring a blend of clinical skill, warmth, and curiosity to my work. I’m committed to walking alongside each person at their pace, with compassion and respect.Outside of work, I find calm in nature and movement. I'm a mum of three and a former personal trainer. I'm a firm believer in the restorative power of walking and a good Netflix wind-down.
