ABOUT ME

Hello I'm Magda
Founder of RelateWell Health
I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Sydney. My early career in child protection and homelessness showed me how deeply early experiences shape mental health. It drew me to this field and to the purpose I now hold—to offer a safe, respectful space for others to be seen and heard.Alongside private practice, I work in public mental health. This helps me keep my skills sharp, and maintain a well-rounded clinical perspective working in a team with varied expertise.I bring a blend of clinical skill, warmth, and curiosity to my work. I’m committed to walking alongside each person at their pace, with compassion and respect.Outside of work, I find calm in nature and movement. I'm a mum of three and a former personal trainer. I'm a firm believer in the restorative power of walking and a good Netflix wind-down.
